Feintool machine rebuild

Example of one of our complete overhauling projects carried out on a fineblanking press of the brand FEINTOOL, model GKP F 250.

In this project, a comprehensive refurbishment of the machine was performed, beginning with a full diagnostic assessment and a detailed inspection of every mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic component. Based on this evaluation, all worn or critical parts were replaced, structural elements were reconditioned, and the hydraulic and lubrication systems were restored to optimal condition. Additionally, the control and safety systems were modernized to meet current operational and regulatory standards.

The overhauling process also included precision alignment, calibration of the fineblanking parameters, and performance optimization to ensure consistent and reliable production. As a result, the press regained its full operational capacity, delivering improved precision, enhanced safety, and greater long-term reliability in demanding fineblanking applications.
