This week (2/2/2024) a PLATARG 612 press rebuilt by our technicians has left our facilities.
PLATARG transfer presses are used worldwide to produce parts with deep drawing operations. This type of product is mainly used in the automotive industry, aerospace industry, bearing manufacturing, electrical and electronic components, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, and many other types of applications.
For several years, we have been rebuilding PLATARG transfer presses at our facilities, earning the satisfaction and trust that our customers place in our team of specialist technicians and engineers. The result is a high-quality reconditioned product that complies with current safety regulations and performs beyond its demanding working conditions.
Our rebuilds are mainly based on:
– Reception and cleaning of the PLATARG transfer press
– Disassembly of the entire kinematic transmission assembly
– Grinding and adjustment of the slides and cams
– Replacement of all bearings, seals, and friction bushings
– Installation of a new automatic lubrication system
– New electrical control system in accordance with Royal Decree RD1215/97
– Reassembly of all components, adjustment, and no-load testing of the press
